WHAT WE DO
The Wolfeboro Conservation Commission acts as an advisory board offering advice and guidance to other Town land use boards & committees and to the State’s environmental and economic agencies. The Commission actively manages town owned lands, monitors conservation easements under its purview, and works with other municipal and private land use agencies within Carroll County and beyond. Our goal is to help the Town strike a balance between appropriate use and necessary protection of the natural resources within our environment and community.
Our meetings are open to the public. We meet on the second Monday of each month at 6:30PM. Usually, we meet in the Town Hall meeting room but the venue may change so it’s best to check the meeting notices published in The Granite State News and elsewhere.
